SHIPPING POLICY &  RETURNS

Welcome to SHMILY SHOP computer parts store. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number.
Delivery does not require a signature certificate unless the order value exceeds $1000. Customers are responsible for receiving the package. Parcels may be left at the destination address at the carrier's discretion. For Canada, goods over $2,500 require customers to verbally agree to UPS brokers, allow formal entry, and do not charge customers extra fees.
The general express mode is E-mail. Other express modes such as UPS, DHL, USPS, TNT are selected according to the situation.

When receiving the goods, there are any disputes, please contact customer service within 15 days for the return process.

  • Transit time count begins after the order is picked up. The ship day is day 0 in the count to calculate transit time. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. 

  • Express: Includes “Overnight”, “2-Day”, “3-Day” shipping options. Express service is not available for orders going to PO Box, US Territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Ground: 5-15 business days transit time. Ground service is not available to Canada, PO Box, US Territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Standard: 3-7 business days transit time. Orders going to a PO Box, US Territories, military APO/FPO/DPO, or rural area addresses may take longer to deliver.
